Hatha YogaIn this foundational yoga we hold the basic poses (asanas) with focus on detail and alignment
 while integrating the breath. We improve strength, balance, concentration, mobility and flexibility.
The practice can be stimulating or challenging, as well as gentle. It will leave you feeling centered, reconnected and renewed.
