Kurs YinYoga 50+
Yoga teacher: Paul Steele
Wednesdays at 12-13 pm -
11 October, 18 October, 1 November, 8 November, 15 November, 22 November
Yogateacher: Paul Steele
Obs! Paul anpassar till svenska på sina klasser.
The long, passive stretches of yin yoga help you release tension, and improve your flexibility and mobility.
But the benefits of yin yoga go beyond the physical. The slow, mindful nature of the
practice helps reduce stress and calms our minds, giving us a greater feeling of well-being.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, Pauls classes will help you find the power
of yin yoga and experience a more peaceful and balanced life.
Program:
11 October – Yin. The perfect tonic.
A full-body yin session that shakes off stiffness, from the tops of your shoulders
to the tips of your toes.
18 October – Asymmetric poses for a more symmetrical body.
Left side stiffer than the right side? This sequence is designed to bring back
some of the symmetry we may have lost over the years.
1 November – No more sore shoulders.
Many people have problems with their shoulders, spine and necks as they get older.
This flow helps us free up our shoulders and spines, hopefully preventing injury.
8 November – Back to our backs.
80% of people suffer from back problems at least once a year.
This sequence helps take the strain from our vertebrae, and the pain from our backs.
15 November – Your knees will say please.
This sequence helps bring that little bit of flexibility back to our most important tissues
when it comes to mobility – our hips and knees — so you can keep on rocking in the real world.
22 November – Snow time.
Swoosh down slopes and cut those carve turns with this gentle flow that
concentrates on your knees, ankles, and hips, getting you in condition for
whatever piste or weather conditions you encounter.
Time to give yin yoga a try?
You’ll be surprised at the profound effect this gentle practice
will have on your body and mind.
